When you're ready, contact us by text, call, or email with the property address, your personal name, and the best email to send the contract to. If the property will be purchased under a business, include your business name. We'll send the DocuSign contract immediately so you can secure the deal.
After signing the contract, open an escrow account with the title company by the end of the business day. Then deposit the required earnest money—the amount specified in your contract—via wire transfer or certified check directly to the title company.
We'll provide the title company's contact information to ensure the process is smooth and seamless.
Once your earnest money is received, the title company will begin the title search and prepare the closing documents. You'll work directly with them to review the preliminary title report, confirm your closing date, complete any required paperwork, and close the transaction.
